Thomas Aas Saethre is on a mission to digitally transform how Oceaneering delivers its core services and products. Although he is trained as an engineer, he quickly realized that he was not an engineer at heart, most often focusing on potential business improvements that could be made in the companies he worked for. In his career, he has had leaderhip roles in both services and products businesses, spanning from engineering to software, always with an ambition to grow and improve. Thomas lives with his family in Trondheim, Norway.
