With a PhD in Nuclear Physics, Kelly began her career as a Principal Designer for the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE) and spent over 10 years working with the UK's Ministry of Defence. Her varied career has allowed her to work on several exciting projects ranging from Counter Terrorism & British Intelligence through to data science for the big data warehouse company, Teradata. Kelly joined the energy trading sector in 2017 where she has been developing technology solutions to provide intelligence and digital products to drive differentiation.
