Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) are traditionally capital-intensive installations reserved for large industrial plants. Recognizing the need for direct emissions monitoring, Precision identified vendors outside of oil and gas with solutions we believed could be adapted to survive and thrive on a mobile drilling rig. This presentation will discuss the journey to overcome the intimidating price tag of legacy CEMS systems and embrace collaboration to quickly adapt, adopt, and implement the first CEMS system of its kind in the drilling market.
