Mandira is the Sustainability Engagement and Performance Manager for the Planning and Supply Chain Organization at SLB, a global technology company for the energy industry. She is responsible for leading sustainable management practices and evaluating suppliers’ sustainability performance to enable a more sustainable supply chain. Mandira started her career as an offshore seismic engineer and in the past 15 years has held multiple roles in offshore operations management, technical and supply chain management across multiple geographies including Australia, Europe, Africa, North America, and Latin America. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Maritime Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), India and a Post-graduation Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge.
