Jennifer Cadena, VP - ESG and AGC at SilverBow Resources (NYSE:SBOW), the largest publicly- traded company focused solely on the Eagle Ford in South Texas, has been an energy and environmental attorney for over 15 years. Her experience in energy acquisitions and divestitures, oil and gas operations, the energy industry’s changing regulatory requirements along with a belief that all companies can operate sustainably, led to her interest in ESG. At SilverBow, she leads the Company’s ESG efforts, focused on long-term strategic ESG planning and combined with the ESG Committee, has begun to fashion this strategic vision into reality based on concrete, measured, and discrete steps. She managed the initial alignment of the Company with ESG, the issuance of its sustainability reports, and continues to focus on improvement of the Company in its ESG efforts. Ms. Cadena was previously VP – Land & Legal at a public Colorado E&P company and prior to that worked at large and boutique law firms. Ms. Cadena is also an experienced speaker and board member, who has served on multiple local, state, and national boards.
