suppliers and partners. Leticia is a member of the Global Purchasing and leads the Scope 3 program
at Dow.
Leticia has worked for Dow since 2001 in a number of R&D, Commercial, Marketing and Sales executive roles, the most recent being the Purchasing Director for Latin America. Prior to that role, Leticia served as Sales Director for the Packaging & Specialty Plastics in Italy, France, Spain and Portugal and was responsible for leading the development and implementation of the growth strategic plan for the business.
Leticia joined Dow in 2001 and has held various roles, including: Latin America Marketing Manager for Hygiene & Medical in the Packaging & Specialty Plastics (P&SP) business, Sales Director for P&SP business in Brazil, Sales Director for P&SP, Italy, France, Spain and Portugal, and Purchasing Director with oversight responsibility for Corporate Facilities and IS, Latin America.
Leticia graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from PUC-RS University, Brazil, and graduated from the Marketing Executive Program at Universidad de San Andres, Argentina. Leticia earned her MBA at Northwood University, Michigan and completed the Leading and Managing Globally Program with Yale & IMD Business School in 2021.
