Jennifer is Director of Climate Policy for API and has decades of executive experience in finance, climate, and ESG strategy. Her portfolio includes carbon capture and sequestration, climate policy, ESG reporting, and GHG emissions. After retiring from the executive team of Southwestern Energy where she served in consecutive roles as Senior Vice President Finance, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President Legislative and Regulatory Affairs, she has also held roles as an independent board member for an environmental services company and an emissions detection technology company. She also recently served as Vice President for Baker Hughes Emissions Management leading strategy for ground and air-based methane monitoring and quantification technologies.
Jennifer is an attorney licensed to practice in Texas. She is an Adjunct Law Professor at the University of Houston Law Center and served on the Boards of ONE Future and the Natural Gas Supply Association, along with leadership positions with AXPC and the Marcellus Shale Coalition.
She has been recognized as one of Texas’ Most Powerful Women in Oil and Gas by the National Diversity Council, a Top Woman in Energy by the Houston Business Journal, and received the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Trailblazer Award.
