Keila Aires Diamond is an internationally recognized sustainability, operations, and regulatory executive. She has diverse sectoral experience developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives to drive value chain change, deliver operational efficiency, manage environmental and social risks, promote circular economy, and enhance corporate impact.
Keila is currently a Managing Director and the Head of ESG at Quantum Capital Group (“Quantum”), a leading global provider of private capital to the responsibly sourced energy, energy transition, and decarbonization sectors. At Quantum, she is responsible for the firm’s ESG strategies and advises senior leadership of the firm’s global portfolio of companies on similar matters.

Keila joined Quantum from Crown Holdings (NYSE: CCK), a leading metal equipment and packaging manufacturer, where she was responsible for sustainability and regulatory affairs across 40 countries, and was the chief architect of the company’s internationally recognized “Twentyby30” sustainability program. Previously, at PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP), she was responsible for environmental sustainability across the company’s multi-billion dollar business in Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa. Earlier in her career, she held senior sustainability positions at the World Wildlife Fund, International Paper Company (NYSE: IP), and the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.

Keila earned a MBA and a master’s degree in environmental and chemical engineering in her native Brazil, and a master’s degree in environmental management at Duke as a Fulbright Scholar.
