Brad Caldwell is a chemical engineer with over 28 years of experience within the chemical industry working for LyondellBasell. He is currently the Director of Energy and Carbon Reporting in LyondellBasell’s Net Zero organization. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for global variable cost improvement, where energy efficiency was a pillar of the program. He has diverse experience in manufacturing roles ranging from process/production engineering to operations and technical management, as well as global corporate roles. He is an alumni of Louisiana Tech University (class of 1995) and is currently getting his EMBA from Rice University (class of 2024).
